A development only becomes viable once the external services are in place. All external services are designed and installed with a focus on managing both installation and long-term maintenance costs, while ensuring the appropriate levels of comfort and safety for all occupants.

Our planning process involves close collaboration with clients, local authorities, architects and other professional consultants throughout all phases of the project. During the early planning stages, we provide the development team with critical inputs on the civil engineering systems required for the scheme, including affected existing external services, bulk earthworks requirements, geometric road layout designs, water supply routing, sewer drainage routing and coordination of the on-site sleeves with other infrastructure disciplines. Once these requirements have been incorporated into the architectural design, we prepare a detailed civil services report outlining the design intent, technical considerations and service provisions for the development.
