Residential Mansion

A bespoke luxury residence divided into two wings: a family wing and an office wing. The family wing features expansive open-plan lounges, a theatre room and a modern kitchen that flows into the outdoor pool area, with private bedrooms on the first floor. Structurally, the building combines reinforced concrete with exposed structural steel. The first-floor slab is an off-shutter flat slab, designed without beams or column drops, for a clean and minimalist aesthetic. Exposed steel columns are positioned to enhance spatial elegance and architectural rhythm throughout the open-plan layout. A floating concrete roof crowns the structure and complements the fully glazed first floor.
