Project overview
An academic and civic landmark
A 16,000 m² development blending academic and civic spaces, including two auditoriums, administrative offices and an open-air amphitheatre. The main roof, shaped with a bullnose profile, wraps the upper section of the structure. Between the amphitheatre and the main building, a striking double-volume roof creates a sense of openness and a distinctive aerial silhouette. In line with the project’s sustainability goals, solar panels are installed across the roof and adjacent parking structures, contributing to the building’s energy efficiency.

Roofs that shape the silhouette
The building’s character is carried by its roofs. A bullnose main roof wraps the upper section of the structure, while a double-volume roof spans the gap between the amphitheatre and the main building to open up the interior and define the aerial silhouette. Solar panels are set out across both the main roof and the adjacent parking canopies, turning large horizontal surfaces into working energy-generation area without compromising the architectural intent.
